JT Kenney built the Grass Wizard around an arrow-shaped, belly-heavy head that slides in and out of cover instead of hanging in it — which is the whole game in buggy whips, bulrush, hydrilla and hyacinth. Pair it with a craw or a bream-profile trailer, peg it with the included toothpick keeper collar, and pitch it into the nasty stuff. Formerly sold under the Nichols Lures brand and now built by Dirty Jigs with their dual-tone paint and High Definition skirts.
